Since this picture [link] I've made several trials of Sleiphnir's mouth and teeth to draw it! <3
It has teeth of a dolphin, but with 2 pairs of bigger fangs, because he's a dragon

They love each other!
Btw, Palmer loves to play with his pokemons' teeth, usually trying strength with them. And talks to them A LOT. Sometimes more than to his family...
